Breens again, in particular, Natalie Simmons, was excellent and very proactive to get the matter completed in such trying circumstances. She always kept me updated and I would say that you have a great member of staff in your team with Natalie (who only took over the case a few weeks ago and put a lot of hard work into getting it completed) and I feel she deserves special praise.
